Terms
of use

Last updated 15 October 2026. These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any hardscape, concrete, excavation, lawn or other work — that is agreed between you and MTH Landscaping, Inc. before any work begins. They have not been reviewed by an attorney.

Nothing here is a quote

Everything on this site is general information about the kind of work MTH Landscaping, Inc. does. It is not a quotation, a quote, an offer or a contract, and no price appears anywhere on it. A price for your project only exists once we have given you one.

Sending the estimate form is a request for an estimate. It books nothing and commits you to nothing.

The photographs

The photographs on this site are MTH Landscaping, Inc.’s own, from its own jobs: the photos on its old website and stills from its own reels. The videos in “Watch us work” are clips from our own jobs. The video at the top of the homepage is cut from our own reels; nothing in it is AI-made. They are examples, not a promise that your project will look identical. Every job and every surface is different.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate as best we can, but we cannot promise that everything on it is complete or current at any given moment. If something here matters to a decision you are making, call and confirm it: (810) 404-7607.

Nothing in this paragraph limits any obligation MTH Landscaping, Inc. has to you under an agreement for actual work, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
